This trip will be a joint walk with Lake County Audubon Society and will be limited to 20 participants, 10 from each organization. If you register and realize ahead of time you will not be able to make the walk, please contact the trip leaders so another spot can be re-opened.

After the walk, we invite participants to stick around for a social gathering at a nearby picnic shelter, where refreshments will be available.

Bring binoculars (if available).  We do have some loaner binoculars available. Please dress accordingly for the weather and wear appropriate footwear for gravel/grass/beach trails. Consider bringing a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. There are some outhouses available throughout the park.

In case of inclement weather, the trip leaders will notify all participants via email & text.

Pre-registration is required. Please contact Vinod Babu (pavinodbabu@gmail.com) or Chris Holden (twoheadedvireo@gmail.com) at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend or with questions.
