Big Marsh Area Bird Walk

Join COS for winter birding at Big Marsh park. We will look for overwintering raptors and songbirds. And we will check the gull roost along Stony Island Ave for uncommon wintering gull species.

Trip tips:
You should carry water with you on the walk, dress for the weather and bring binoculars if you have them. There are some binoculars to borrow.

You must RSVP in advance. Pre-registration is required for the bird walk. Please contact Stephanie (stephanie.beilke@gmail.com) or aerin tedesco (aerintedesco@gmail.com) at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend or with questions.

In order to attend you must be FULLY VACCINATED. Please bring a face mask with you. You may be asked to wear it as needed by the trip leader.
