Following a very successful first year, COS is teaming up once again with the Chicago Park District and Friends of Big Marsh for the fall festival with something for everyone; birds, bikes, and beer!

In a few short years since opening to the public, Big Marsh Park has become one of the best birding spots in Chicago. As part of our ongoing partnership with the Chicago Park District to protect, restore, and promote this ecological treasure, COS along with friends from the Field Museum and Audubon Great Lakes will be leading hikes and activities throughout the event. Join us as we search for migrating birds, raise a glass, maybe do a wheelie, and celebrate the past, present, and future of Big Marsh.

Entrance and parking are free. Food, soft drinks, and craft beer will be available for purchase.
